·         UK postage is free of charge and usually will be sent out the same day via Royal Mail 1st class it can be upgraded for an extra charge to recorded or special delivery. This can be selected at check out.

·         Worldwide shipping also available they will be sent tracked and signed for. Please note for international shipping custom charges may apply when receiving the delivery, this unfortunately is out of our hands.

·         All Koko Jewellery will be wrapped in tissue and placed in a satin pouch. If you item is a gift it will also come with a gift/care card. Please let us know if you would like a message written on the gift tag, that way it can be easily sent directly as a gift.

·         If the item doesn’t fit you may return it and we will send out another size free of charge for the UK – postage charges apply outside the UK.
