Here at Koko we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item or require a different size please email sophie@kokojewellery.com
Items must be in “as new” condition, unused and complete with packaging and returned within 28 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, a refund will not be issued if the items have been damaged in anyway.
• For all returns, except when the item is faulty you will be required to arrange and pay to return the item to us.
• We suggest using a “signed for” insured delivery service, as no refund will be given until the items reach us.
• Any original postage charges will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the returns policy to earrings due to health and hygiene reasons.
• Please include your name and email address in the parcel and what ring size you wish to change it for – if it is an exchange.
• Within the UK we will exchange a ring if it’s the wrong size free of charge. Outside of the UK we ask you to cover postage to send the new size ring out.
