Here at Koko we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item please email email@example.com with your reason for return we will then issue you a returns number.
- Items must be in “as new” condition, unused and complete with tags intact and returned within 7 days of receiving your returns number. Unfortunately a refund will not be issued if the items have be damaged in anyway.
- For all returns, except when the item is faulty you will be required to arrange and pay to return the item to us.
- We suggest using a “signed for” insured delivery service, as no refund will be given until the items reach us.
- Any original postage charges will not be refunded. Unfortunately we are unable to extend the returns policy to earrings due to health and hygiene reasons.
